have very dry sensitive facial skin and need a soap or cleanser that wont irritate it
My friend used to have very similar skin to yours (sounds like) and he used a topical solution called erythromycin that you have to get from your doctor. he used that for years and it workeded well enough, but he now swears by pro-active. and his rosacea
