A: idk about the nutrogena wave but one that works the best is noxema. you put it on in the morning, midday, and night. At night it works the best, if yoy had a break out, just put some on what about...
IDK...but I use ProActiv and it is AMAZING especially when you use the mask with it....with in 4-5 days your skin is dramatically better!
