I substitute ice cream with green tea. Social situation problems...?

I was with my friend. She asked me if I wanted to get ice cream with her. I simply told her I didn't feel like having it. She persisted to ask me repeatedly.
I kept telling her no, and that she should have it if she wants. She starting saying "If you won't have it, then I won't."
It's times like this that bother me.
See, in an attempt to make my skin look healthier (i have acne!!), I've cut out junk food from my life. That includes soda, chips, candy, and ICE CREAM.
Whenever I feel the need to eat junk, I grab my green tea. Sometimes I'll eat blue berries, or fruit if I can.
But now, I have to put up with all of these annoying questions.
"Tier, why won't you eat ice cream?" "Why don't you want coffee?" "I thought you LOVED soda?!"
What do I say to these people- "I have acne... so...yeah..."
I just tell them I DON'T FEEL LIKE HAVING IT. But that is never a good enough answer for them.
Also, when I'm out and everyone is eating junk food, I feel weird being the only one there drinking green tea! What do I do?
Stick to your guns, and keep eating what YOU want. Tell them you're making a change to better yourself. Junk 'food' is not even close to real food as far as I'm concerned. And 'real' friends will support you, NOT make fun of you.
There are many things in junk food that are addictive. Have you ever seen "Supersize Me" ? It's a great movie to watch if you NEVER want to eat junk food again.
If you've got a friend who won't eat something because you won't eat something, well, then she'll get healthier by hanging around you. Don't let it bother you, don't let them guilt trip you. Once the novelty wears off, and they realize they can't upset you with their comments, they'll stop. And in a few months, when they see how healthy you look, they'll be asking you for help.

Just say you're switched to green tea for health reasons, or that you're trying to eat healthier. You don't have to say it's for your acne if that makes you feel self-conscious, but saying "I don't feel like it" makes you sound like you don't want to hang out with your friends.
