VERY pleased

it is like a brown, dry skin over my regular skin if that helps.
A: sounds like acne scars to me, in which case the only cure is time. you can try using scar creams and skin lighteners, but really they aren't going to be a miracle fix.

Cheapie but Goodie: Revlon Lip Butters
There's something a bit off-putting about the way these lip butters are "moisturizing"--they feel almost heavy and waxy on the lips, and the finish is a bit of an unsettling stickiness. A tinted lip balm tends to sacrifice pigmentation for incredible hydration, and a creamy lip color has to give up some moisturization for more color and/or better staying power. Maybe they do moisturize the lips on some very small level, but there is a world of difference between a lip balm with color and a lipstick that's creamy. That sounds stupid, I know, but I expect stickiness from a lip gloss so that's not uncomfortable, but everything else about how creamy and smooth these products are makes the tackiness really weird. Revlon clearly tried to bridge the gap with these lip butters, but they've only landed in the creamy lipstick category....

I use it to fill in the brows with the Shu Uemura Natural brush 6ob (badger) , and sometimes I use it as an eye shadow or liner, but Mahogany is primarily a brow thing. I read somewhere that it was designed as an evening scent, but I don’t care about that – if I like it, I’m not waiting for the evening. I’ve lost count of how many of this eye shadow I’ve purchased over the years, but it’s been a staple since 1997. I live with a slow-creeping fear of hyper-pigmentation, being someone who tans – and scars – really easily, hence the SPF obsession and dark spot banishing potion. If you’re a hairless wonder with sparse brows like me – I haven’t plucked or waxed or threaded in years – this does the trick.
