What is the best fragrance-free facial cleanser/soap for extremely sensitive and acne-prone skin?
Cetaphil is drying but the only non-irritating product I've used. Are there any other better products out there that won't irritate my super sensitive face?

A: They may say that it's a face and body bar, but I would only use it on my body. this is because it is unlikely that the bar will have the right ingredients to properly cleanse and balance your skin.

So besides the injunction to first do no harm, I am generally skeptical of other benefits a cleanser might claim and, anyway, would rather look for those benefits in other treatments - for example, by using YBF Prep ($80) after cleansing when I... About a month ago I started using the Osmotics Hydrating Cleanser , courtesy of a Truth in Aging sample. To begin with, I have a pretty simple (and perhaps unenlightened) philosophy about facial cleansers. It seems silly to spend a lot of money on a product that will be in contact with my skin for mere moments (how much actual good could they do, anyway. I’d rather put the dollars into creams and potions that will be sitting there all day or night.
